Rotarians and Interact Club Members
Invade Washington with 4-Way Test in Hand

Club members and Interaction Club members from Kempsville High School and Peninsula Catholic joined forces to deliver 535 copies of the 4-Way Test to every member of the House and Senate.  In 2.5 hours, the fleet footed warriors stormed the office building around the Capitol to make sure that each delegates office had a copy of a letter explaining the 4-Way Test and a copy of the Test itself suitable for framing.  The project was spearheaded by Club member Robert Herd (Bob) with help from other members.  The project was designed to bring to the country's representative government to test by which Rotarians live their lives in hopes that it would help raise the ethical conscience level of all concerned.
